All prices on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and all charged will be paid in india rupees., we use a ground-based courier service for deliveries within India., shipping within India can take up to 7 to 10 business days and also Depend on the state or area you live in. Some pin codes might not be eligible for COD service. Orders under Rs. 599 are Applicable to a minimum charge of Rs. 49. On all COD orders, a minimal fee of Rs. 50 will be charged.
If you have received any damaged product please register a single complaint as there will only be one return or replacement.
Customers are advised not to accept any defective or damaged product.
We do not currently ship internationally. However, you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India.
Offers and promotion code:
To take advantage of a special promotion, you must be signed in and enter the promo code on the shopping bag page before checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you enter the appropriate information.
Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and they don’t apply to items that are already discounted.

https://sehatup.com/ only accepts payment via Razor Pay. Please do not send us any credit card, Debit card, Netbanking & UPI information by email as Email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card, Debit card, Netbanking & UPI information.

Order confirmation
Your order process will come to a close with the appearance of an order confirmation. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email/call with the order number of your order purchase!
Order cancellation
Requests to cancel orders will be taken into consideration, but not guaranteed. The reason for this is simple: once an order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled because we strive to ship out orders as promptly as possible. Once you receive order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

Even while we try to ship out every order that has been placed successfully, there is some situation where we may need to cancel orders:
Product unavailability or temporarily out of stock
Limitations on quantities available for purchase
Inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing or promotion information
Inaccurate or insufficient address
Non-serviceable locations
At times we may also require additional verification or more information before being able to process an order. We will contact you if there is an issue in processing your order, cancellations from our side or further information required. If your order is canceled post-payment, the charged amount will be refunded in full and may take up to a week depending on your bank account.
What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during the time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
Refunds for cancellation of orders
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which https://sehatup.com/ cancels the order. In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. Orders cannot be canceled once it is Dispatched or Shipped. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Order once placed can only be canceled within 4 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on support@sehatup.com or call us on In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 15 business days after the cancellation request.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
The products and services available on our website, including any samples, are for personal use only. For certain products and merchandise, there may be a maximum purchase quantity; if the order hits the maximum limit the customer will not be able to purchase those products again for two weeks. Orders will be canceled if this is violated. If a consumer is found reselling our products, legal action will be taken.
