Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Free Shipping:
 We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges can apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Processing & Dispatch:
 All orders are processed & dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days), subject to stock availability & order verification.

Delivery Time:
 Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location & courier partner operations.

Courier Partners:
 We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe & timely delivery across India.

Important Information

      If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us within 24 hours. Disputes raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution, as courier companies do not accept Proof of Delivery (POD) claims beyond this period.

       sehatUP is not responsible for delivery delays due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

      In case a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, order refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
